i was taking the admisson in bams but i want to prepare the neet and not going to college till the neet so my admisson cancel from the bams

Yes dear., If you stay irregular to the college then there are chances that your admission may get cancelled. On the other hand you're preparing for NEET by skipping your college.. so try to keep your preparation high. Prepare well and study smart.!
