Dear Rupikela, I would sincerely suggest you not to do anything to your admit card. With glasses or without glasses, it is still you and because you will carry an identity proof that will be okay. If the supervisors have any doubts, they might check with the signatures. Pasting or editing anything on your admit card will be considered a malpractise.
