Nothing can be predicted as it is first time Ayush courses are taken neet marks into consideration for admission.

144 is pretty less a score for admission in any course that matter.
Even for AYUSH courses you're expected to score around and above 400 for a decent college.

Did you really mean 400 marks ?I thought 400 marks can fetch you an MBBS seat, am I wrong ?
