i will get 95percentile above and marks around 130 -140 which best nits could i get in mumbai or pune

Dear Aspirant,

Sorry to say but there is no NITs in Mumbai And Pune.

130-40 marks are good any you can get many other Nits such as NIt Surat,  Warangal,Goa, Surathkal,  Calicut, Trichy, Nagpur.

some of these Nits are very very good. their Placement records are also great.

If you want college in Mumbai then you have to crack the JEE Advance with decent rank to get into IIT Bombay.
