    Dear Abhi, An improvement exam is for those candidates who have passed the exam but are reappearing for the exam to improve their percentage. So, in your case, as you have already passed the exam but are just taking the exam to improve your percentage, you should fill in that you have cleared the exam. Hope this helps!
