I am going to give improvement for75%for JMI and WBJEE need 55 and I hv tht wht shud I declare tht I m appearing in 2019 or passed in 2018?

As you are giving improvement exam you habe to give as appearing as your marks would be changed after improve ment exam then your marks card would show 2019.so you have to given it has appearing for 2019 then i would match there is no problem.
