The document verification was a one time thing for Karnataka Candidates. If you have missed that opportunity you cannot register or participate in Round 2 counselling. Only after the documents have been verified the merit list will be prepared and candidates will be allowed to appear in Round 2 Counselling. Unfortunately, you missed the chance.
