Dear tamanna, you have scored decently in NEET 2019. As you know every college has 85% reserved seats under the state quota, you need to specify your domicile for predicting the college you would get.

With 530 marks, you won't get any college under the All India Quota (15%). Hence, it depends on the state you are, that you would get a govt medical college or not. Like if you are in Delhi, you won't have a seat in government medical college.

Based in your score and past year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota but you do have chance so getting admission in government medical college under all state quota.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc
