-Math and computer science.
-Problem solving and creative thinking.
-Writing and communication with other people.
-Self motivation for continued learning and studying to keep ahead of the hackers.
You can earn a bachelor's degree. Alongwith, your degree you can also do below certifications course
-Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
-Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
-Systems Administration and Network Security (SANS)

You can do certification course if you are a graduate but will be good if you are a computer degree holder like BCA.there are so many certifications in Cyber Security.The most popular course is : Cyber security and computer Forensics. And if you are planning for MCA after BCA then distance mode will suit you along with certificate courses in Cyber Security.

There are multiple master courses in Cyber Security which you can do, here are a list of few courses you can also do as per your interest.
