I wrote jee mains 2018and 2109 but didn't qualify because some problems then I'm apply jee mains 2020 ???

Before 2019 a candidate used to get 3 chances when JEE - Main when it used to be one time a year. You can apply for JEE - Main for 3 years after your class 12. So now in 3 years, you can appear in JEE - Main for 6 times. So yes you can appear in JEE - Main 2020.

Dear aspirant, you get three chance for jee mains so you can apply for 2020 jee mains but this will be your last chance and board results matters as well, so I hope you clear it this time but do keep a backup option.

also you may apply for CTSE2019 to be conducted by career 360 to check your knowledge regading the mains exam.
