Iam a 3 year drop. my cat. is gen. neet 2017 exp. score is 416 wants a govt. collg. pls suggst. do I deserve one more year for this.

See if u can afford pvt clg fees then no need to go for another drop. M not demotivating u but one more can't bring huge difference.
N if u r not able to afford then go for a drop ....do hard work...focus only on one exam....neet or state pmt (if it is there).. study only ncert book...be conceptually sound and practice lots of questions.
