see if you belong to OBC NCL then only you will get the reservation. NIT for 100 marks - there are slim chances. The point is that the all India quota is 50% so you will have to face competition from all OBC candidates for these seats in the country. For the Home state quota, it will depend upon the state you belong to. If it is AP or Telangana, then the top 20 percentile itself is 90 plus.
