iam failed in maths and i have passed in all 5 subjects so i will be promoted to 11 or i will be failed?

You have to give compartment exam and then only you will promote.
Otherwise you have to wait for a year to complete that one subject. If you go in this way there is a future problems in counselling or interview process.
Try to clear it in compartment exam only
