Unless and until it's officially in their records that you've attempted the exam in Tamil, it's not possible for you to get the additional marks.

no, this is not possible now, you are meant to write the paper in the same medium as you have filled while filling the application. you should have asked the examiner at the time of examination to avoid any confusion.
