Percentile depends on the difficulty of the question paper among all the slots.
However with the score of 100 marks out of 300 in a medium difficulty paper, one can expect his percentile in between 96 and 98. At this percentile, you can expect a rank (AIR) in between 22000 and 55000.
Much better prediction can be done once NTA releases the question papers for all slots.
