Iam getting 250+ can i get good medical college?

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get any govt medical College seat as the qualifying marks for general category is 50 %which is around 360 marks and for obc and sc/st candidate the qualifying marks are 40 %which is around 288 marks but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges.
