Hello student yes you can appear. As The applicant must have a master's degree in the relevant subject or a bachelor's degree in engineering or science (4 year program) with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum. Valid GATE/UGC/ CSIR score is required for financial assistance, except for graduates from IITs with a minimum CGPA of 8.0.

Thank you for your answer but I found on the net that for iitD the sutability test /Interview for Relevant Candidates will be on April 27 2020 but my University which is jntua's results for the 2-2 sem will come in the April so and for me get my PC and consolidated Marks memo will take another 2 months 1 for PC and 1 for consolidated but I have read that for passed out students have to submit their consolidated marks memo so help me what should be done.
