Iam PwD, low vision 70%, I have PwD certificate, issued by Govt Dist medical Board, Telangana, it's called as SADARAM CERTIFICATE, Is it enough for claim PwD category in NEET counciling, or any other PwD certificate is required, if yes, who is compitent authority to issues certificate.
