Yes, you are eligible if you fulfil below criteria
-Candidates belonging to the Open or OBC-NCL category should have been born on or after October 1, 1998.
-If the candidates belong to SC, ST or PwD category, then they should have been born on or after October 1, 1993.
-Candidates from all streams i.e., Science, Commerce and Arts & Humanities will be eligible for admissions.
-The candidates will be able to attempt UCEED examination for a maximum of two times in consecutive years.
-Those candidates who appeared for the first time in their qualifying examination in 2016 or earlier will not be considered eligible for admissions.

Go through the following eligibility criteria for UCEED 2018:
Candidates belonging to Open/OBC-NCL category must be born on or after October 1, 1998.
If the candidates belong to SC, ST or PwD category, then they should have been born on or after October 1, 1993.
All of the candidates will be required to have passed their 10+2 (or equivalent) qualifying examination in 2017.
Those candidates who will be attempting the qualifying examination (12th) in 2018 will also be eligible to participate in UCEED 2018.
Candidates from all streams i.e., Science, Commerce and Arts & Humanities will be eligible for admissions.
Those candidates who appeared for the first time in their qualifying examination (12th) in 2016 or earlier will not be considered eligible for admissions.
