if a college add new course will the cut-off for that course be high or low? please help me in this.

Hello,
It depends which course they are adding, like last year IIIT lucknow added Computer Science branch, and it's cut off was quite higher than other present(IT).Similarly IIIT Naya Raipur added Data Science and AI and it's cutoff was too quite high.
