Hi

Sure you can, 75 % is good enough. Most of the state run and priviate run colleges stipulate 60 % as minimum eligibility to get into undergraduate courses. Almost all the colleges in India accept JEE MAIN score for B. Tech/ B. E courses except for few priviate universities. They conduct there own entrance exam.
