If a student gets 76% in hsc and less than 50 marks in mht cet then is the student eligible to get admission in b.pharm in Mumbai/Pune?

Yes, you are eligible to take admission with your marks in B.Pharmacy in Pune/Mumbai. But there are very fewer chances that you will get a good college. You will get admission in some of under-rated college.
I will suggest you to reappear for the MHT-CET exams.
