If a student is not selected in all the rounds of NEET2019 counselling then will he/she get back the refundable fees?

hii,
the refundable security amount ie. RS 10,000 for UR AND RS 5,000 FOR SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates ,will be refunded back to the candidates  after all the councelling rounds over,  it will be refunded in the account provided by the student at the time registration, if he or she is not alloted any seat in any of the Councelling rounds.
