No. In Government Medical Colleges the fee for all students would be same irrespective of their NEET rank/mark.

There is no mandatory provision for providing scholarships to students scoring good marks by NEET conducting authorities but it mainly depends on the norms of institute that you are taking admission in. Some of the institutes provide scholarships or fee concessions to students based on their merit or in accordance with their financial conditions but not all colleges do that. So it is different in different colleges.
