If a student who has domicile certificate of Gujarat but studied in Maharashtra state can apply for Gujarat state neet counselling?

See according to the rule a student can avail the benefit of state quota seats from only one state.
If you have a domice from Rajasthan then I would suggest you to attend the state counselling of Rajasthan State only.
Because it is illegal to attend the counselling of government medical seats from two states.
