If allotted a seat in 2nd round of mcc , is it possible to change and join for an aiims seat whose result is to come after mcc counselling ?

Dear Aspirant
Yes, you can leave the allotted college from round-2 in Online All India Quota or Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019 but you'll have to exit with Forfeiture (loosing) of security fees within 2 days of publishing of round-2 result.
