If an authorised stamp is blurred on a government document in India isn't the document will be rejected?

Mostly NO!. as all the government documents are done in a haste way and the signature and stamp gets blurred if there is lack of ink or the lines in the stamp is filled for which it doesn't comes out well.
If you feel like that it may get rejected then you go to the same office and say to the concerned authority to stamp it again by the side. If you are making it new then keep this in mind and make the documents ready.
