If any student attempts for 3rd time in JEE Main 2019. Can they appear in both January & March??

Yes, the student can appear for both the exams i.e JEE Main January exam and JEE Main April, 2019 exam. The better of the two scores will be considered for the ranking purpose.

Hello Kunal,

When JEE Main was conducted by CBSE and once every year, candidates were allowed a maximum of three attempts. But now the exam is to be conducted twice a year by NTA.

Please note that NTA so far hasn't released any notification detailing as to how many attempts the candidate can take. So if we take the status quo, the cndidate should be able to take a maximum of six attempts.

But again, I would request you to keep following any latest updates from NTA.
