I am Sorry but both the things are unpredictable. If you will a get a seat on 450 marks for BDS will depend on the cut off of that year only. And if you will get a college then it will have fees less than 5 lacs is also unpredictable. But based on last year cut off, you can get a BDS seat on 450 score. Otherwise you just have to wait for exam and results.
