Eligibility criteria for neet is :-
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
so you can see that overall percentage doesn't matter but only aggregate of PCB percentage matters.
So , if you are from general category then with 49% marks you are not eligible but if you are from any other category then you are eligible.
