If anyone had done his Bsc.IT course from Mumbai So can he do job in another cities of India or he have to job only in Maharashtra?

Hi, i don't think there is a criteria that if you're graduated from a city in Maharashtra then you have to work only there.

You can work anywhere / any city in India.

Consider an example, suppose you have cleared a WIPRO WILP exam and now WIPRO will decide where to send you to work, based on your preference. Similar procedure is based on various mass recruitment companies and there is no hindrance if you are a Maharashtrian.

Even though you got placed by any company, in India or Abroad, you can work there.

It seems that you are quite conscious about pursuing a B.Sc IT programme from Mumbai and fear what if you couldn't be employed in other Indian cities.

Don't worry dear. There is nothing as such. The Constitution of India through its Article 19 (1) (g) states that any individual can carry out any profession, occupation, trade or business in any part of the country barring a few of the Indian terrirtory as imposed by the Union or any State.

Further, The Indian Constitution through Article 39 under the Directive Principles of State Policy, urges the State to ensure that the citizens, men and women equally, have the right to an adequate means to livelihood, and that there is equal pay for equal work for both men and women.
