If anyone who failed in class 12 once can able to apply for neet after qualifying 12

One of the eligibility criteria, set by NTA, for NEET UG is that the candidate  must have passed in thesubjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and Englishindividually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken togetherin Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at the qualifying examination ie, class 12 Boards.

So if you reappear and qualify your class 12 boards with the above mentioned percentages, then you are eligible to sit for NEET UG.

But whether you will get admission to any medical college or not, remains a matter of concern. This is because, there are some colleges that do take in candidates who have repeated class 12 but there are also colleges (like AFMC) that do not accept repeaters.

So your scope of application reduces. But even then you are eligible to study in quite a few number of schools.

• To fulfil the NEET eligibility criteria 2019, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually in the qualifying examination
• Candidates belonging to the unreserved category should score a minimum required percentage of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.
• Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a minimum of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
