Firstly dear,B.VSc. Admissions are not conducted through NEET UG,rather they are either conducted through AIPVT(All India Pre Vetenary Test) exam conducted by VCI(Veternary Council Of India).
Previously,the admissions to these courses were done through NEET UG due to some reason.
But,still coming to your question considering the 2017 cutoff,for general category you need a score of 550+,so,getting a college for BV.Sc is a bit difficult.
