If I am getting different college in 2nd round and want more upgradation, then is it necessary to revisit the RC

Hey Atul,
No , not necessary
If you alloted a seat 'Y(branch)' in college 'X' ,say
and If you are satisfied then you can freez by reporting
if you like 'X' but want to change 'Y' then you can do float by reporting at center
other wise just wait and wait for better option.
