If you qualify your 12th with required subjects in 2020, you can definitely appear for Neet in 2021. Right now, there is no upper age limit for Neet. So you can appear for Neet 2021 if you have passed your 12th with PCB and English as core subjects and with 50% (general category) marks in PCB. 10% relaxation in marks for OBC, SC and ST candidates and 5% relaxation for PwD candidates. Also there is no limit on the number of attempts.

And if you qualify Neet with proper marks, you'll also get admission in MBBS.

Yes , even though you have passed 12th board examination in 2020, you are still eligible for Neet 2021 examination provided you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (in both the theory and practical) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least 45% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to ph category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st and after qualifying neet you can get into mbbs too
