Hello Shantanu
In the NEET exam, there are question attempting levels marked i.e. 10% in Physics, 15-20% in chemistry and the rest for biology.. at least the questions should be attempted whether more number of questions if you know.. the answers. Biology is of 360 marks and is the most scoring subject. Attempting maximum biology questions when you're sure with the answers can make half of your result for NEET.
Scoring 150 or nearly by answering only biology questions will not get you admission anywhere... As the cutoffs also changes every year. And if you're not attempting any Physics or chemistry questions or both then there are no chances for your admission coz.. minimum 10% marks should be there in Physics n chemistry separately.!
Hope you're getting my point.!
Make a list of the important chapters for all the 3 subjects and plan your schedule accordingly.. stay to it. Prepare those chapters first from which maximum questions are asked every year. Clear your concepts.. Solve maximum number of MCQs daily.. rectify the errors accordingly and reach your target.!
Hope this helps.!

Mam in abroad....any possibilities
There's a different kind of process in abroad which includes 2 to 3+ entrance exams that you need to clear with minimum 50% marks in those respective exams. It not only includes PCB but all the general questions.. aptitude.. level and all such that you need to clear first. So probably there are no chances by going with biology only.
My frnd got 159 marks total in neet this year, 111 marks in biology and 48 marks in divided in phy and chemistry and now she is in Russia....
Shantanu, there are different criterias for different countries in abroad. Most countries have entrance exam process for admission.. whereas there are few which don't have such kind of admission process exam. Secondly there are universities of different countries who are approved by MCI for medical admissions and also others not affiliated with MCI.
If you have some college already decided in some abroad country then we can help you out with it's information and it'll be easy to guide you.!
