You can't apply for jee advance with jee mains paper 2(b.arch).

If you want to join in iit and do b.arch then you need to clear jee mains paper 1 and then apply for jee advance.

with that marks in jee advance you will alloted seat as per your options.

If you have appeared for both jee mains paper 1&2 then you can opt for anyone depending on your wish. For applying jee advance you need to compulsorily write jee mains 1 depending on that only you will able to write jee adavance. Hope you got it.
