If I apply for Jee mains paper 1 as well as paper 2 is it possible to get different centres on same day ?

No the organising body of JEE main would never do this they won't organise two exams on same day.

Please note that the allotment of exam centres and shifts for the exam will done at random. That being said, there is good chance you will get the same centre, or some nearby centre, if you are appearing both paper I and II.
