If I cannot get seat in 1st round then can I go for 2nd round without any additional fee, pls tell me full procedure of COMEDK councelling

If you don't get an seat in round 1 counselling keep a hold and then keep checking the website they out up the details on daily basis of how many seats are left out so u would get an idea of either getting a seat or not so based on that u can take decision
