Yes, you can definitely get a govt job by completing BSc. Nursing from a private college as long as it is a recognized college and you fulfill the criteria of minimum passing % required for a particular job.
You can apply for govt jobs in two ways: either you can appear for jobs such as UPSC CSE, SSC CGL which doesn't require graduation in a specific subject or you can appear for positions which requires graduation in nursing such as a nursing post in government-run hospitals.
