Dear Ambreen, once NEET results are announced and the final merit list has been released, the Directorate General of Health Services and the respective State Authorities will release notifications separately for All India Quota and State Quota. Qualififed candidates can register online. But to be honest, 50% of the Top NEET score is what you need to be qualified in NEET. But not every qualified candidate gets an admission in Medical College. So if you belong to General Category, your score should be nothing less than 600.
