if i deny taking admission into the college alloted to me in 3rd list of clat 2018, would i be eligible for vacant seats if their is any

According to CLAT Counselling Guidelines After the closure of the CLAT Office, vacancy if any, in any NLU will be filled by the respective NLUs at their own level from the CLAT list in the order of merit as per the Rules and Regulations of the participating Universities. It means you would be eligible for vacant seats but these will be filled as per the the Rules and Regulations of the participating Universities. I hope it helps!
