If I doesn't get allotted to any of the colleges selected in CAP round 1, will i be eligible for CAP round 2, or will be dismissed from admission process.

Yes, you will be eligible for CAP Round 2.

If you are not allotted any seat in CAP Round 1 , you are not removed from the admission process. You can continue to participate in the subsequent CAP rounds.

Here's what happens:

• No seat allotted in Round 1: You are automatically eligible to participate in CAP Round 2 .
• Before Round 2, you can usually review or modify your option form if the counselling authority opens the option editing window.
• Your candidature remains valid as long as you complete the required steps specified in the counselling schedule.

So, not getting a seat in Round 1 does not end your admission chances . Many candidates secure admission in Round 2 , Round 3 , or even later rounds, depending on seat availability and cutoff movements.
