If you have not been allotted college in the first round then you have been seat in a college in the second round. But the caution money deposited by you which is  amount of rupees 2 Lacs will not be forfeited if you do not join in your in a college of your interest. The amount of deposited money will be adjusted for the next round as you have not already really say to a specific college. Issue you have been allotted a seat in a college of your interest.If you joined there then your deposited money will be  partly  consumed for it. At least after deducting the tuition fees of that allotted seat you will get back at least 60% of the total amount deposited by you.
