If i don't qualify for jee advance does it mean i have falied in jee main ...can't i take part in counselling of NIT's

If you have cleared the cut off of JEE Main then you have qualified for JEE Main. You have only not quallified for JEE advance so dont worry. You may get NITs and you can find out exact admission in college according to latest information here:- JEE Main College Predictor 2019
