If I don't qualify jee advanced( i.e, marks obtained less than 32%) then would my advanced score will help in my JEE MAINS counselling ?

No, if you qualify, you will be eligible for getting a seat in IIT, otherwise you will get a seat wholly based on JEE Mains rank, nothing will be considered from your JEE advanced marks. With JEE Main rank you are eligible for JOSAA counseling. Not IITs, but you are eligible for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs if you qualify JEE main with a good rank.
