i took admission in BSc last year... but my interests were in engineering so I skipped going to college and kept preparing for JEE, now I want to withdraw my TC and character certificate, will they provide 12th TC? or colleges own TC if yes, will they write failed in 1st year in the TC? pls help..

Character certificate of your Class 12 & gap year certificate will be necessary for btech admission. You don't need CC from the college you are studying.
