If i gave neet in 2019 with general category can i still give neet 2020 with obc category as i didn't have the documents last year

Hello shreeya Ranjan .

No there is not much problem if you have given neet 2019 with general and now neet 2020 with OBC category. There is only one condition that is your OBC category certificate should not be dublicate and you are not doing any fraud by adding your name to OBC category recently.

If you are originally an OBC category candidate then no problem go for it..

No i am not doing any fraud my parents belong to obc and also fall under the non creamy layer i always chose to not select obc and went with general but in reality i belong to obc its just that my obc certificate is being made legally because i am do belong to it It is ok right?

Surely in this scenario everything is ok . You can avail the benefit of reservation this year with good chances of success. You will not face any problem for sure...
