You haven't mentioned your Category and the area you are local to. This is important because cut offs vary across Categories and areas. But with a rank of 3000, you do have chances in B.V.Sc if you belong to;

BC-A- AU Farmer Quota
BC-B-AU General Farmer Quota
BC-B-AU General Farmer Quota Woman
BC-C-AU General Farmer Quota
BC-D- AU,SVU General Farmer Quota
BC-E- AU,SVU General Farmer Quota and Woman
