Sorry to say but as per your marks ,your rank will be somewhere between 9900-10300.With this rank it is impossible to get any government college.Also getting any good college with this rank has a very less chance.You may get seat in some of the college as per the previous year estimation like Heritage institute college,Bengal institute ,Techno India university,University of Burdwan in most of the branches .For more details about the cutoff do check the link below.I hope it helped
